Droppedpackets is a community-based site that provides various scripts, information and analysis -- focusing on LANDesk Software related products.
Here are the basics of interacting with the site:

That sank into the swamp. So I built a third. That burned down, fell over, then sank into the swamp. But the fourth one stayed up. User data has been lost; you'll need to restore your email and full name if you want an account. There's no real reason to have an account if you're not posting things, so we'll plan to delete accounts that don't have associated emails by the end of the year. Unfortunately it was a known but undocumented bug in the Plone upgrade process and the data is not recoverable. We are still having some trouble with login authentications, so please report if you absolutely can't login and have something to post.

- You don't have to be a "member" of the site to view any of the content. If you attempt to access something and it complains about rights, or says "access denied" etc., then more than likely the content owner simply has not published that page or file. Members have their own home folders where they can post content; some of that content is linked into the subject navigation folders on the left. Not sure what you can post?
- If you wrote it and you aren't charging for
it, post it. If you need help, just ask.
- If you wrote it and you are charging for it, you can link to it, but be clear that it's a commercial product. We're not interested in paid-for add-ons; you can put whatever you like in your home folder, but it won't be published for navigation.
- If you didn't write
it, you can link to it.
- This isn't a place to ask questions, it's a place to post solutions. Questions go to the community site, where a lot of the same people are available to help.
