The Easy Way:

Replace the shortcut with a simple link executing this command: "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" http://localhost:9595/webportal/webportal.exe

Make it a required policy.

Here's a zipped .lnk file, you should be able to deploy it with any method that tickles your fancy.


The Fancy Way:

Install ORCA and modify the .msi files for your agents in LDLOGON.
