The 32-bit Console for 8.8 SP2 throws an error when trying to create a Desktop Shortcut to a URL that contains a Question-Mark (?) and possibly other special characters. LANDesk says "Upgrade to SP4". I say "Nuts to that!", and fixed it my own way.
