- Build your master workstation.
- Add mass storage drivers.
- Run sysprep.
- Use the imaging tool of your choice to create an image.
- Create a WinPE based OSD script or a provisioning template.
- Insert commands in the post-imaging phase of the OSD script or provisioning template to do the following:
- auto-detect and configure the HAL
- copy drivers to the client’s hard drive
- enumerate the drivers in the client’s DevicePath registry key
